Procedures for Co-Sponsoring with SRU's UPB
*University Program Board cannot co-sponsor any events that are fundraisers or for charity events. We are sorry.
The Slippery Rock University Program Board is the largest programming organization on Slippery Rock's campus and serves students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members with a vast array of programs. In support of events sponsored by other organizations, the University Program Board will consider co-sponsorship. The following describes what you need to do to co-sponsor an event with UPB:
It is required that you approach UPB at least TWO weeks in advance of when you would like to co-sponsor a program. The UPB's co-sponsorship proposal is located at the bottom of this page. Once you submit your proposal, the president of UPB will contact you if there are questions or concerns regarding the proposal. After that, the UPB Executive Board will meet and vote on the co-sponsorship.
The UPB abides by the Slippery Rock Student Government Association's funding guidelines for events. If you are not familiar with these guidelines, please click here to read them before submitting a proposal.
