Why should YOU join?

There are many reasons to join SRU's UPB!

A few of your fellow students joined because...

“The first year at a university can be both difficult and stressful. The University Program Board hosts events that help students learn, meet new people and have fun. UPB reminded me that college is much more than classes!”

“Being a member of the University Program Board not only gave me the opportunity to help plan and program events, but also helped me meet people from all over campus. Those people became my second family.”

“My favorite part of the University Program Board is the camaraderie between members. Everybody feels like they belong. Nowhere else on campus can one find such a learning environment that students truly enjoy and will always remember.”

Joining the UPB is easy!

No formal interviews required!
No mandatory office hours required!
We do not require a resume!
We will never charge membership dues!
You can get as involved as your schedule allows!

Just show up to a committee meeting and bring friends!

That’s it!
